The processing time for orders at Prep Bay prep center may vary from 0 to 2 days, depending on the volume.

How long does it take to process orders for FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant)?

If an FBM order is received before 12:00 PM US time (GMT-4), it will be processed and handed over to the postal service on the same day. If the order is received after this time, it will be processed and handed over on the next business day.

What is the price for storage of goods?

At this moment we are not a providing storage , only for fast turnaround of inventory. Free storage for up to 21 days

Do you accept hazmat or dangerous goods?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept dangerous goods at this time.

What is the maximum size you accept?

The maximum weight is 50 lbs, and the length or height are 24 inches.

Can you accept orders containing glass?

We accepts orders containing glass. Please inform us of the category of your product before sending it to our preparation center. We have all the necessary packaging that meets Amazon's requirements for such shipments.
